A Multi-Disciplinary Approach: Transitional Justice Part II

This course material will cover intersecting and cross-cutting issues within transitional justice such as gender-inclusive approaches, right to truth, memorialization, violence prevention, and non-recurrence, documentation for accountability, digital security, and economic, social, and cultural rights violations.

Documenting Human Rights in Sudan's Transitional Justice Process (OLD)

  2. Apply these standards when documenting serious human rights violations in Sudan.
